New 850 ton, 3MW chiller innovation to maximize cooling capacity per square foot of unit footprint, often allowing for a reduction in the number of chillers needed onsite, enabling lower installation costs.
Higher Ambient Operations
Operating multiple air-cooled chillers close to each other can cause some rejected heat to recirculate into the chiller’s condenser coils, raising the ambient temperature. Trane’s air-cooled chillers are designed to stay online and provide cooling during these short excursions to higher temperatures.
