at ACHE 2016 Congress on Healthcare Leadership

Chicago, March 10, 2016 – Laura Rygielski-Preston, FACHE, vice president, strategy and development, Trane, will participate in a panel discussion to address best practices in balancing population management and aging facilities infrastructure improvements at the 2016 Congress on Leadership offered by the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) from March 14-17 in Chicago.

With the ever-changing environment to population management and the need for healthcare organizations to address aging infrastructure, healthcare leaders are seeking new tools to make key capital decisions on their current facilities. Those decisions need to align to their missions and key objectives. Speakers will examine how to prioritize capital expenditures in consideration of aging infrastructure and population management. They also will describe how to build a business impact analysis on facility upgrades that is aligned with an organization’s key performance indicators.
