Trane Leader to Speak at 22nd Annual Workforce Development Institute

Panelists to Discuss the Importance of Developing High-Quality Talent Pipelines  

Newport Beach, Calif. Jan. 28, 2015 – Patrick Archambault, director of strategic programs for Trane, a leading global provider of indoor comfort systems and services and a brand of Ingersoll Rand, will speak on a panel at the 2015 American Association of Community College Workforce Development  Institute. The conference will be held Jan. 28-31 in Newport Beach, California.

Archambault will join other industry leaders in a panel discussion on the importance of working with colleges and will share successful strategies for developing high-quality talent pipelines.

About the Speaker
Pat Archambault is the director of Strategic Programs for Trane. Archambault and his team build and maintain strategic relationships and related programs that benefit customers and the business. This includes all of North America and involves working collaboratively with a variety of customers and Trane associates. Archambault has served in a variety of roles in his 11 years with Trane including strategic and national account management, vertical market sales for education, industrials, and data centers, and guiding Lean Six Sigma process improvement projects. Archambault graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater and earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of St Thomas in St Paul, Minnesota.
