Chicago, Sept. 8, 2016 — Leaders from Trane, a leading global provider of indoor comfort solutions and services and a brand of Ingersoll Rand, will educate attendees about best practices for maintaining strong customer relationships at The Service Council Smarter Services Executive Symposium, held Sept. 12-14 in Chicago.

Kevin Bollom, vice president of Building Services for Trane, will be one of three Service Council member organizations co-presenting with customers as part of a keynote discussion.
