Melissa Schumann
Controls Sales Support Leader
Trane Commercial North America

Melissa joined Trane in 2011 and currently leads the Controls Sales Support team in St. Paul, Minnesota. Her team leads the controls customer visit program, offers controls training for account managers, manages contractor programs as well as support sales offices on project strategy and product selection. Prior, she was the Tracer Concierge Product Manager and Light Commercial Control Contractor Program leader. She has worked on projects that include development of the Tracer BAS Operator Suite mobile app, smoke controls listings and technician tools.
Trevor joined Trane through an acquisition of Fellon-McCord in 2016 and has held various roles in corporate energy & sustainability management over the last decade. His subject matter expertise is in the energy markets and how the supply-side of energy connects to the built environment. Trevor is a graduate of the University of Louisville.

Chuck Lehn
Systems Application Engineer
Trane Commercial North America

Chuck Lehn is a systems application engineer based out of St. Paul, MN. Chuck is primarily responsible for system integration, product development, and sourced controls products. 

Chuck began his career at Trane in 2000 working in technical support. Chuck moved to the system integration team and later to system applications. In these roles, Chuck has worked with many Trane and non-Trane controls products in a diverse range of vertical markets. He supports the presales and technical support teams and is the lead instructor for the Trane University - System Integration class.

Andrew Disher
National Controls Business Development and Commercialization
Trane Commercial North America

Andrew Disher is a controls business development professional on the Controls Sales Support team for Trane Commercial HVAC North America. In this role, Andrew is responsible for managing a Trane contractor program for North America, supporting Trane’s account managers across North America for controls opportunities, managing the Trane St. Paul factory customer visit program and helping support a variety of educational initiatives. Andrew has a background in both controls field office operations and technical training prior to his role in business development. Andrew actively serves on Dunwoody College of Technology’s professional advisory committee for HVAC controls.
