The one-piece cabinet models drop into place and occupy a footprint that’s up to 28% smaller than our legacy product. For retrofits, we offer a modular design with components that can fit through a doorway and be assembled in place. Fully double-action hinged access makes our SWUDs easier to service over their lifetime.
Compliant
Trane’s new energy efficient one-piece SWUDs are compliant with regulations mandating environmentally friendly refrigerants in all new packaged units by January 1, 2025. The factory-installed leak detection system offers increased safety and peace of mind.

Built with MERV 8 or 13 filters, 1” foam-injected double-wall panels and standard ECM fans, our SWUD delivers high indoor air quality while operating unobtrusively in the background.
