New Trane Equipment Sets Industry Benchmark for Energy Efficiency and Sound Levels
Building on more than 100 years of experience designing HVAC equipment, Trane engineers have brought HVAC innovations and knowledge to each new unit launched in Europe over the last two years: Sintesis,Sintesis eXcellent and Flex Series air-cooled chillers, XStream water-cooled chillers, Conquest heat pumps and chillers, New Balance™ CMAB Multi-pipe units, Airfinity™ Rooftops and UniTrane™ Terminals.
Industry-Leading Test Facility Proving Performance in the Toughest Conditions
The new Trane European Research and Development Laboratory in Epinal, France has been designed to function as a validation center for new product development. It is capable of simulating the widest range of operating conditions encountered by HVAC equipment from -25°C to +55°C and enables the optional Eurovent certification of air-cooled chillers above 600 kW. Before the equipment leaves the factory, its performance is validated under the conditions at which it should operate once installed and can be witness tested.
Trane Expanded Range of Controls Enables Users to Optimize Building Design and Operations
With Trane’s innovative new wireless controls and mobile access solutions for building automation systems (BAS), building facilities teams are able to better optimize building design and operations. The two new offerings are the Trane Tracer™ BAS Operator Suite mobile app for remote access to the Tracer™ SC system controller, and the new Trane Wireless Comm System. These controls and remote access solutions allow users to manage and monitor data wirelessly and on the go from virtually anywhere – with increased reliability and no wires.
