Breanna Henk is the Senior Product Manager for Trane’s Commercial Self Contained and Voyager 3 Rooftop HVAC equipment portfolio. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from the University of North Dakota. Over the past 10 years with Trane Technologies, Breanna has honed her expertise in product development, working with both Trane and Thermo King. Her transition from engineering to product management has allowed her to leverage her technical skills in product strategy, lifecycle management, and market growth to deliver customer-focused solutions. Breanna is passionate about creating high-impact products that meet the evolving needs of customers.

Mukund Bhaskar
Mukund Bhaskar is an accomplished HVAC Systems Development Engineer at Trane Technologies, where he leads the advancement of sustainable climate solutions for commercial markets. With over a decade of experience in product innovation, engineering, and developing new technology offerings, Mukund has successfully managed and delivered large-scale projects supporting Trane’s 2030 Gigaton Challenge—an initiative focused on reducing greenhouse gas emissions. He has extensive experience working across multidisciplinary teams to implement efficient and cost-effective HVAC solutions that meet industry standards and sustainability goals. Mukund holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and a certificate in Applied Project Management from Villanova University. His expertise reflects a commitment to advancing technologies that drive energy efficiency and emissions reduction in the built environment.

Bryan Conklin, PE, CBCP
Bryan Conklin leads the Application Engineering Team at Brainbox AI, which was acquired by Trane Technologies in January of this year. He holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University. By combining a 7-year tenure at Trane with his 4 years at Brainbox AI, he works with customers to determine how AI can be used in their buildings to save energy, optimize operations, and extend equipment life.
