Design Considerations for Commercial VRF Systems

June 08, 2021

Designing a Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) System for your next project doesn’t have to be complicated. Register to learn how to break down VRF System design into a 4-step process, including system type, humidity control, ventilation, and system control. By asking yourself just a few simple questions you will learn how any commercial project can exceed comfort and sustainability goals regardless of the capacity, energy efficiency, functionality, or performance-monitoring requirements.

Key Learnings:

  • Considerations for choosing heat pump or heat recovery systems
  • Designing for humidity control utilizing various ventilation options - ERV or DOAS
  • Indoor Air Quality and how it can be addressed in VRF systems
  • Selecting integrated or individual level controls for your design
