Sr. Product Manager Trane Commercial

Rafael Dutra joined Trane in July 2010 and is a mechanical engineer from the University of Brasília with an MBA from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV). After 12 years in sales and 2 years as an application engineer supporting consultant engineers in Brazil, he joined C.D.S., where he is now the Product Manager for TRACE — owning the product roadmap and guiding its development. Rafael is an ASHRAE-certified Building Energy Modeling Professional and a WELL Accredited Professional.
Spencer Nohelty

Sales Leader Trane Commercial

Spencer Nohelty joined Trane in December 2020 and is a mechanical engineer from the University of Wisconsin-Stout as well as a Certified Energy Manager (CEM). After serving as a support engineer, technical support leader, and engineering manager overseeing the development of TRACE and TRACE 3D Plus, he transitioned into his current role as the Sales Manager for TRACE, where he leads commercial strategy and customer success for the software portfolio.
