Tracer Concierge features an easy-to-use, wall-mounted 10-inch user interface that makes system management easy for occupants. The intuitive screen also gives access to special technician tools that help speed up installation and simplify troubleshooting during service calls. 

A unique BAS Operator App elevates service by allowing technicians to do basic tasks remotely. Using a mobile device, they can view system overviews, check equipment and system status, change override setpoints, edit schedules, and troubleshoot comfort issues.

The BAS Occupant App gives end-users the ability to manage, monitor, and adjust HVAC systems easily from a cell phone. Users can respond instantly and easily to changing occupant needs, without calling a technician.

Trane technicians work alongside contractor technicians to ensure Tracer Concierge systems are properly installed and customized to each building owners’ needs. LC3 empowers contractors to complete complicated installations more cost effectively.
