Marianne Hurley
Marianne Hurley is the Project Owner for Trane® Design Assist™, where she is responsible for working with cross-functional teams in implementing continuous feature development and enhancements for the web-based tool. She also manages Trane® Design Assist’s marketing communications and user support.
Marianne first joined Trane in 2016 as an Engineering Specialist at a local commercial sales office in which she worked on Building Automation System project layouts of all sizes before moving into her current role in 2019. Prior to her time at Trane, she also worked as a Building Efficiency Sales Engineer for a few years in the HVAC industry.
She holds a B.S. in Engineering Management from Clarkson University and pursued a M.S. within the same discipline.

Ken Pruner
Ken Pruner has been with Trane since 2008 and joined the Trane Design Assist development team in 2017. His primary responsibilities are focused on the development and continuous enhancement of the Trane Design Assist productivity tool. Prior to 2017, Ken worked as a Trane controls account executive providing controls solutions for commercial and industrial buildings to reduce energy consumption by implementing heating and cooling control strategies.
Ken graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, N.Y., with a degree in Industrial and Manufacturing Technology. After graduation, Ken worked as a Controls Project Engineer developing, programming, and commissioning industrial and food processing control systems associated with film manufacturing, building ventilation, sauce batching/cooking and hot water sterilization systems.
Ken resides in Rochester, N.Y., and enjoys spending his free time hiking, boating, and fishing with his family.
