    For over 30 years, Trane has designed Custom Air Handlers with no airflow or size limit, with industry leading dehumidification and many energy efficient options. FlexFit™ options allow your unit to ship based on project requirements. Trane representatives are available to oversee the installation.

  • 2, 3 or 4-inch injected foam solid double wall construction with full unit absolute thermal barrier
  • Insulation values up to R-25
  • Multiple casing options including galvanized steel, stainless steel and aluminum (textured or smooth)
  • Variable aspect ratio unit casing in 1-inch increments (Length, Width, Height) even within a single unit.
  • Acoustical perforated inner liner
  • Designed for the stringent performance needs of life sciences, healthcare, higher education, data centers and hi-tech industrial applications
  • Unit casing capabilities: +/-12" w.g. static pressure, <½% air leakage, <L/250 casing deflection
  • Welded structural steel base construction
