Frequently Asked Questions

A packaged HVAC unit combines all heating, cooling, and air handling components into a single, compact unit, typically installed outdoors on rooftops or ground level.

An HVAC split system has separate indoor and outdoor units. The indoor unit handles air distribution, while the outdoor unit houses the compressor and condenser, ideal for efficient heating and cooling.

Packaged HVAC units typically do not include boilers. They usually combine heating (via electric heat strips or gas furnaces) and cooling (via air conditioning) components in one unit, but boilers are separate systems.
