Compatible indoor units for the SMART MULTI® series come in a variety of forms including wall-mounted units, floor-mounted units, ceiling-recessed units and ducted options.

Product Information

  • Single & Multi Zone: Three-phase SMART MULTI® can connect to as many as 12 Nv- and P-Series indoor units and up to 30 CITY MULTI® units, while Single-phase SMART MULTI connects to as many as 8 Nv- and P-Series indoor or 12 CITY MULTI indoor units. Connectable capacity is dependent on the outdoor model number.
  • Swing Mode: indoor unit can move air throughout the room like an oscillating fan.
  • Powerful Mode: this feature temporarily drops or raises the set temperature for 15 minutes so that automatic fan speed adjustments made possible by the INVERTER will more quickly bring the room to occupants desired temperature.
  • Available with select indoor unit models, the 3D i-see Sensor® scans each room to produce a complete thermal profile that includes heat signatures based upon size, temperature and movement.

    • Double Vane features for separates airflow to deliver air across a large area and simultaneously deliver to air separate sections of a room

    • Triple-action Filtration: Nano Platinum Filter, Deodorizing Filter, & Electrostatic Anti-Allergy Enzyme Filter
    • Hot-Start Technology: no cold air rush at equipment startup or when restarting after Defrost Cycle

    • Concealed horizontal-ducted unit for applications with short duct runs.
    • A multi-zone unit provides the temperature management of multiple zones within a building.
    • Ultra-thin body: 7-7/8” high.

  4. MFZ- Floor-Mounted

    • Floor front panel access to the filter for ease of cleaning.
    • Mounts on floor or 5” above floor.
    • Multi-flow Vane for faster heating.
    • Multiple control options.
    • Nano Platinum Filter designed to reduce the presence of certain nonliving particles, while deodorizing the circulating air.
    • Perfect for difficult areas that may be smaller or don’t have usable space on the walls.
    • Unit can be recessed mounted into wall.
    • Up and down swing-mode.

    • Built-in drain condensate lift mechanism (lifts to 33”). 
    • Ceiling-recessed cassette (24”x24”). 
    • Fresh air intake provided in the main body.

    • Wide airflow pattern for excellent air distribution.

  7. SVZ - Multi-Position Air Handler

    SVZ - Multi-Position Air Handler
    • Ducted air handler provides a solution to cool and heat large zones.  
    • Highly efficient totally enclosed ECM motor. 
    • 1 inch R4.2 fiberglass free insulation reduces condensation and boosts efficiency. 
    • Multi-position installation: horizontal (left or right), vertical (up or down).  
    • Optional electric heat kit. 
    • Optional humidifier control and ERV control. 
    • Positive pressure cabinet: Positive pressure cabinet with air leakage of less than 1.0% at 1.0 in.WG 
    • Selectable external static pressure: 0.30, 0.50 and 0.80 in.WG with 3 fan speeds at each static setting. 
    • Unique blow through design allows simple coil cleaning when the blower is removed. 

  8. MLZ - One-way Ceiling-cassette

    MLZ - One-way Ceiling-cassette
    • Adjustable fan speeds and vane directions. 
    • Auto vane control. 
    • Built-in condensate lift mechanism (19.6”) reduces the need for an additional pump to remove condensate water. 
    • Fits between 16” joists spacing. 
    • Multiple control options including: Hand-held Remote Controller (provided with unit), comfort app, third-party interfaces and both wired and wireless controllers. 
    • Serviceable from the bottom (electrical and flare connections).
