No, you will not need a new account. Customers will continue using their existing Trane Connect credentials during migration. Please contact your Trane Account Manager if you have any issues.
You will not lose any building data. Your building information will transition with your account as part of the migration process.
Temporarily, Trane Connect will be accessible and functional to ensure a smooth transition. After your migration, you’ll begin using Trane Cloud and gain access to ongoing platform enhancements and future applications as they become available.
