CoolSense® Sensible Cooling (DOAS) Terminal Unit

CoolSense Sensible Cooling Terminal Units help maintain zone-level comfort in modern buildings

Overview

Manage zone comfort within CoolSense® Integrated Outdoor Air Systems.

CoolSense® Sensible Cooling (DOAS) Terminal Units are specifically designed to help maintain zone-level comfort in modern buildings with tight envelopes and lower sensible loads. Occupant comfort is ensured through localized control over temperature and ventilation, all while keeping energy use and cost in check.

  • Airflow performance ranging up to 2200 CFM
  • Available primary inlet sizes: 4 in. to 12 in. round, and 8 in. x 14 in. rectangular
  • Available in both low-height and standard-height configurations
  1. Reduce Energy Usage

The CoolSense® Integrated Outdoor Air System saves energy by decoupling the sensible and latent loads. Its innovative design enables precise control over cooling and dehumidification processes, ensuring optimal comfort while minimizing energy consumption.

  2. Flexible Design

Low-height unit design and the need for smaller ductwork allow for a reduced plenum height, resulting in more usable space. Universal right- or left-hand connection design provides easy installation, saving time and effort.

  3. Factory Commissioned Controls for Superior Performance

Factory-mounted, wired, and tested BACnet communication controls are pre-programmed with tested and proven control sequences for optimal performance, assuring seamless integration with Building Automation Systems.
