Trane’s Developing Engineers Club allows young engineers to explore the world of HVAC through training and tours that go above and beyond everyday applications. Joining the club is a great way to continue learning after college and a great way to meet other young engineers in the area.
The Developing Engineers Club events have been super valuable for both experiential learning and networking with peers in the HVAC industry!
In an industry where getting to know others can be difficult, the Developing Engineers Club has provided a great opportunity to connect with likeminded engineers in a fun way. Learning something new from and with other young engineers has helped show that we’re all in this together!
Developing Engineers’ Club is a great way to network with other HVAC companies in the greater Milwaukee area. It also provides a chance to learn new and exciting things in the HVAC field. The club hosts fun events, such as trivia nights, which are often followed by happy hours at some of Milwaukee's great breweries.
