Tony Bruno

Applied Solutions Leader Trane Commercial North America

Tony Bruno is the leader of the Applied and Sourced Solutions team at Trane, located in White Bear Lake, Minnesota. In this role, he oversees the development and standardization of high-performance HVAC system optimization and integration solutions. Tony's career with Trane began in 2000 when he attended the Trane Graduate Training Program and worked as a marketing engineer on design and energy simulation software.  Following his initial tenure at Trane, Tony expanded his expertise as a controls sales engineer and service manager for a contractor in central Illinois. He rejoined Trane in 2005 as an applications engineer and has since held various positions within the company.
Tony is actively involved in several industry associations, including the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE). He has contributed as a member of Guideline 36, Guideline 22, Guideline 13, and Standard 231P. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Iowa State University and is a dedicated supporter of the Cyclones.

Director of Product Management Brainbox AI

Emily is the Director of Product Management at BrainBox AI, leading a team of Product Managers as they define strategy for cutting-edge, AI-powered solutions such as AI Control, ARIA, and Cloud BMS. With over 15 years of experience spanning engineering and development, innovation, sales engineering, M&A, digital operations, and commercialization, Emily loves translating between functions and applying systems-thinking to figure out tough problems. 
She earned her MBA in Innovation and Leadership, an M.S. in Engineering Technology, and dual B.S. degrees in Physics and Chemical Engineering. She has experience in both consumer and commercial industries and is happy to be working for a company dedicated to sustainability and making a real difference for the planet.
