Drew Dispoto
Drew Dispoto is Trane’s Ductless and VRF Business Development Leader, where he focuses on accelerating VRF growth and advancing ductless strategy across the business. With over 13 years of HVAC industry experience at Trane, 11 of which spent in roles dedicated to VRF product application, he supports Trane’s ductless sales community by developing tools, resources, and practical solutions that help teams better serve customers and expand market opportunities. With a strong emphasis on innovation and the customer experience, Drew works to create unique and effective approaches to meet evolving project needs, particularly as the industry navigates new technologies and refrigerant transitions. Drew graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering.

Joseph Guerin
Joseph (Joe) is Mid-Atlantic’s VRF Ductless Sales Specialist. In his current role, Joe is primarily responsible for overseeing and supporting the design and application of commercial VRF projects in the region. He focuses on plan and spec project design, working closely with consulting engineers and consultants in Baltimore, Harrisburg and Northeastern Pennsylvania. With over 10 years of experience in Trane Commercial, Joe has focused on systems design, applications, and sales. As an active ASHRAE member since 2023, he has taken a keen interest in the 2022 update of the ASHRAE 15 Safety Standard, exploring its implications for VRF and Ductless system designs.
Joe graduated from The Cooper Union in New York City with a Bachelor’s of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and hold a Masters of Education from the University of Notre Dame. In his free time, Joe enjoys hiking and mountain biking, and is an avid runner. He is married and has two girls.

Vic Chael
Victor Chael is a Regional Commercial Sales Manager at Mitsubishi Electric Trane HVAC US, where he leads commercial sales strategy and specification growth across the Chicago market. With over 20 years of experience in HVAC systems, he specializes in VRF technology, channel development, and engineering engagement. Victor has a strong track record of driving market share growth, developing high-performing sales teams, and delivering technical presentations adopted at a national level.
