Denver Days is an annual non-profit community festival that serves as many as 50,000 fest-goers each year. The event provides fun, family-oriented activities that the entire community can enjoy while raising funds for recreational facilities and resources for the community. With an event of this size the festival needed safe, reliable electrical power to keep everything from carnival rides to lighting and musical instruments running smoothly.

Challenge
Denver Days is an annual non-profit community festival that serves as many as 50,000 fest-goers each year. The event provides fun, family-oriented activities that the entire community can enjoy while raising funds for recreational facilities and resources for the community. With an event of this size the festival needed safe, reliable electrical power to keep everything from carnival rides to lighting and musical instruments running smoothly.
Solution
Trane Rental Services worked with the festival committee to evaluate the needs of both the event and vendors to provide the right amount of temporary electric power for the three-day event. To enable quick and easy setup, Trane was prepared with additional accessories such as extension cords and power strips for festival vendor use. In addition, two Trane Rental Services technicians remained onsite throughout the event.
Results
Trane provided five generators along with transformers and cables required to rig up the vendors, food service and entertainment at the festival. The Trane team worked to map out the best locations for the generator units to optimize power for the entire festival. Trane service technicians and rental professionals were onsite managing generator delivery and connections.
