Watt's in the News? - Volume 38

This is one of the things I really enjoyed about teaching Environmental Science as, much like the video, this class pulls from multiple areas of science and helps create more awareness of the inter-relationships in our world. Living in a world where students can literally access information in just seconds, helping them become more aware of these connections helps students see how these pieces of the puzzle must all work together for a society to be productive. It goes back to that Commoner’s Law of Ecology we have talked about earlier – “Everything is connected to everything else.”

We know April is a busy month, so hang in there and keep having fun with your students as you work to make the most of the weeks remaining. You are making a difference. Have a great week!
