Trane Featured in Vision House at Epcot®.

ORLANDO, Fla., Feb. 10, 2013 – It may be a small world to some, but efficiently heating and cooling that world is a big deal to Trane. That’s why Green Builder® Media has chosen Trane to be part of their VISION House in INNOVENTIONS at Epcot^® at the Walt Disney World® Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. VISION House in INNOVENTIONS will focus on sustainable living as well as green building products and practices. Trane was selected due to its esteem within the industry for developing and designing products that help promote sustainable, energy-efficient and comfortable living.

As the first-ever green home in a theme park, the VISION House in INNOVENTIONS will consist of four rooms dedicated to major issues such as energy efficiency, water conservation, indoor environment quality, sustainable materials and durable products. Interactive displays will immerse visitors in life-enhancing ideas that are informational, entertaining and inspirational. The VISION House website will also feature a virtual walkthrough of a green home, interactive games for children, and information on how people can build a green home of their own or retrofit a current home to emulate the philosophies of VISION House.

Guests from around the world will visit VISION House in INNOVENTIONS, and Trane is excited to be a part of this green home exhibit. The more homeowners learn about green living and sustainable products the better our world becomes, big or small.
