Todd Duncan
Todd is the air-cooled product manager based out of Pueblo, Colorado. He has been involved in the development and support of HVAC systems for Trane since 1996. As the air-cooled product manager Todd has responsibility for the entire product lifecycle and product roadmap across North America. Todd earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Wisconsin.

Susanna Hanson
Susanna is a systems development engineer at Trane based out of La Crosse, Wisconsin. She’s been involved with chilled-water systems and HVAC building load and energy analysis since 1995. Her primary responsibility is to aid system design engineers and Trane personnel in the proper design and application of HVAC systems. Her main areas of expertise include chilled-water systems and energy codes. She is also a Certified Energy Manager. She has presented ASHRAE® seminars on chilled-water-plant design, and is a past member of ASHRAE SSPC 90.1 Energy Standard for Buildings Except Low-Rise Residential Buildings. She is the current vice-chair of the ASHRAE Standards committee. Susanna earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial and systems engineering from the University of Florida, where she focused on building energy management, simulation and auditing.

Chris Gist
Chris is the controls product manager based out of St. Paul, Minnesota. He has been involved in the development, installation, and support of HVAC system controls for Trane since 2003. His areas of expertise are in chillers, air handling units, packaged unitary equipment, and energy management. As the controls product manager, Chris has responsibility for controls on Trane’s air cooled chillers, water chillers, and packaged unitary HVAC products across North America.
