Melissa Schumann
Melissa joined Trane in 2011 and currently leads the Controls Sales Support team in St. Paul, Minnesota. Her team leads the controls customer visit program, offers controls training for account managers, manages contractor programs as well as support sales offices on project strategy and product selection. Prior, she was the Tracer Concierge Product Manager and Light Commercial Control Contractor Program leader. She has worked on projects that include development of the Tracer BAS Operator Suite mobile app, smoke controls listings and technician tools.

Carl Breczinski
Carl Breczinski is a Portfolio Leader, responsible for Trane’s Light Unitary Rooftop HVAC Equipment. Carl has worked in refrigeration and HVAC with Trane Technologies for the past 11 years. Currently his responsibilities include the Precedent and Foundation product lines that cover 3-25 Tons capacity. Prior to his current role he has held product management roles covering aftermarket parts, transport refrigeration equipment, and connected equipment.
Carl holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Engineering Technology and a Master of Science Degree in Industrial Management from South Dakota State University, as well as an MBA from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management. Outside of work Carl enjoys spending time with his wife and children, listening to live music, cooking, and enjoying the Minnesota outdoors. -
Abigail Williamson
Abigail Williamson is the Unitary Commercialization Leader for Trane Commercial. After graduating from Vanderbilt University with a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, she remained in Nashville, TN and joined Trane’s Light Commercial Unitary support team. After that, Abigail transitioned to Large Unitary Product Management, starting her role with assisting the launch of the IntelliPak® 2 line. In her current Commercialization role, Abigail supports the entire Unitary 3 to 150 ton portfolio. Throughout her 15 years with the company, her passion has been helping Sales Engineers and customers, with a continued focus on the many designs, features, and capabilities in both rooftop and split system equipment.
When she’s not working, she revels in time spent with her family and dogs, cooking (minus baking), and patiently awaiting spring so she can garden vegetables in her back yard.
