Q. What excites you about supporting Rental Services at Trane?
A. I came to Rental Services from the Light Commercial Unitary side of Trane. I am excited to learn more about the rental business and the opportunity to gain knowledge about the other products of the business.   

Q. What do you wish every customer knew about Rental Services?
A. I want every customer to know that through Rental Services, Trane delivers what I consider the 5 P's

Q. Do you have a favorite memory from when you have helped a customer?
A. One of my Area Service Managers had a customer who wanted to purchase some equipment in which Trane Rental Services specializes.  Trane Rental Services is in the business of “renting” equipment and not the “sale” of equipment for the most part. After negotiations with the customer, there was an agreement made for the sell price.  This was a non-traditional sale being that the Area Service Manager along with myself, worked with the customer to complete the sale. I followed the 5 P’s to see this process through. 

Q. What do you like to do outside of work? 
A. I volunteer regularly by feeding the homeless on a weekly basis, participating in the Red Cross with individuals and families in crisis, working with seniors through Ted Talks on operating of technology (cell phones, computers, etc.), as well as advocating for families within the legal arena who are financially challenged.  I also enjoy traveling, reading, and spending time with my family.
