How to Implement New Retrofit Chiller Technology in Aging Infrastructure

According to 2012 U.S. Energy Information Administration data, nearly half of all commercial buildings were constructed before 1980. The same can be said at the collegiate level, with more than 50 percent of all buildings on American college campuses having been built between 1951 and 1990.
