WHY WON'T MY DIGITAL THERMOSTAT TURN ON MY HVAC UNIT?

Your thermostat may not be set properly. Check to see if your thermostat is properly programmed to heat or cool your home depending on the season. Make adjustments where necessary. You can also try resetting the thermostat by turning it on and off.

WHY WON'T MY DIGITAL THERMOSTAT STAY SET TO THE CORRECT TEMPERATURE?

Sometimes thermostats are programmed to different temperatures during different times of the day. Program your thermostat within a comfortable range for each individual day of the week. If you need help doing this, consult your owner’s manual or contact your local Trane Comfort Specialist™.

WHY WON'T MY DIGITAL THERMOSTAT CONNECT TO THE INTERNET?

It might be a problem with your wireless router and modem. Reset the wireless connection and refer to your Trane owner’s manual. If this doesn’t work, try resetting your modem. Contact your Internet service provider if the problem persists as it could be an issue with your Internet connection.
