This spring’s graduates represent the first 2017 cohort for the Vidalia plant which manufactures residential air handlers. The first TLDP program Vidalia cohort graduated late last year.

A ceremony led by Richard Peterson, plant manager, and Erika Basham, TLDP training leader, was held at the plant to honor the 2017 graduates for their leadership and commitment. Trane leaders Clark Ponthier, vice president of integrated supply chain and Doug Uzarski, residential HVAC operational excellence leader, also joined the recognition ceremony to honor the graduates. During the event, graduates presented their learnings and how they plan to apply them on the job in working with their teams.
