Flexible heating and cooling solutions

Single-Zone Ductless Systems

Ductless systems allow for flexibility. A single-zone (also called a mini-split) ductless system allows you to control the temperature of one room by connecting an outdoor unit to an indoor unit, with no ductwork needed. An outdoor mini-split unit is placed outside your home and is connected to an indoor mini-split unit by small cables and a refrigerant line through a hole in the wall.

Single-zone ductless systems

Mini-split systems are a flexible solution for heating and cooling individual rooms. They’re the perfect option if you have a converted attic or garage that needs temperature control. Each zone has its own thermostat, so you can set the temperature when the space is occupied, and turn it off when it’s not occupied to save energy. Mini-split ductless systems are small, and generally only require a three-inch hole through the wall. The indoor unit can be hung from the ceiling or hung on a wall, giving you the customization you need.
