XV19 Variable Speed

Call for Pricing

Pricing varies depending on your entire Variable Speed system installed— call your local dealer to review systems and pricing. Variable Speed units continuously communicate with each other and your Trane thermostat to provide optimal efficiency. For this reason, pair your Variable Speed unit with one of the following components: Hyperion™ TAM9 Air Handler, XC 80 Gas Furnace, XC 95M Furnace, or S9V2.

What's Included

  • Thermostat
A thermostat is a device that automatically regulates temperature, or that activates a device when the temperature reaches a certain point. A thermostat can either be standard or Wi-Fi connected, either of which is dependent on your individual needs.
    Included
  • Condenser Pad
Your outdoor unit sits on top of waterproof/weatherproof condenser pad to provide a flat stable surface to keep your outdoor unit secure and in place for optimal performance. The condenser pad also raises your outdoor unit off the ground thus protecting it from moisture as well as pests and insects.
    Included
  • Whip
Whips are wires in a weather proof casing for outdoor use. They are used to connect the 220 volt power to your outdoor unit, in some locations a licensed electrician is required.
    Included
  • Electrical Disconnect
This service switch permits a service technician to work safely on equipment by turning off electrical power to the unit. The switch is typically on a building wall near the outdoor unit.
    Included
  • Flush existing refrigerant line set or install new line set
Insulated copper piping which carries the refrigerant (produces cooling effect) from the outdoor unit to indoor unit. The insulation protects any condensation from leaking into your home.
    Included
  • Clean up after installation
    Included
  • Removal and disposal of old system
    Included
  • Install new system by local code

Overview

-

Trane TruComfort™

The Trane TruComfort™ systems give you precise comfort by running at the exact speed needed to keep your home comfortable. This allows the variable speed compressor, outdoor fan, and indoor fan to vary operating speed and BTU as the temperature outside changes, slowing down or speeding up gradually in as little as 1/10 of 1% increments to keep comfort within 1/2° of the thermostat setting.

Efficient performance

The XV19 Variable Speed Low Profile Heat Pump has a SEER rating up to 19.5 and HSPF up to 12, making it an excellent choice for home comfort and energy-efficiency tax credits. With Trane TruComfort™ technology, the system automatically adjusts itself while maintaining constant and consistent speeds to avoid temperature swings.

Unique design

Designed with limited space in mind, this unit will meet the needs of difficult-to-install or tight space required homes such as zero lot line, condos, or under decks.

Ultra Quiet Operation

The quietest heat pump in our offering with sound levels of 43 to 57dBA, this unit will meet the low sound requirements some cities have in place for HVAC systems and is ideal for outdoor living spaces, bedrooms, condos, hotels, and restaurants.

Cleaner, healthier indoor air

Add Trane CleanEffects™ Air Cleaner to your home air conditioning system for advanced air filtration that removes more dust, pollen and other irritants from conditioned air for a cleaner, healthier, more comfortable home.

Maximize your comfort with a hybrid system

Match your heat pump with a gas furnace to enjoy the energy-saving benefits of a hybrid system. Your heat pump is in charge of heating your home. Then, your furnace takes over when the weather gets too cold. Together, they provide you with reliable, energy-efficient comfort all year long.
