Nexia™

Thermostat will not connect to Internet or disconnects frequently

  • POSSIBLE CAUSE: It might be an issue with how your ComfortLink™ II thermostat is set up. RECOMMENDED ACTION: You might need to go through the process of connecting your ComfortLink™ II thermostat to the wireless network. As this can be a lengthy process, please consult the following guides for the Trane XL950 , XL824 and XL624 Controls.
  • POSSIBLE CAUSE: It might be an issue with your internet service provider. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Contact your internet service provider to make sure your wireless internet is working properly.
