Purchasing Parts

It's hard to stop a Trane - but if it happens, we can fix it.

Why contact a Trane techician?
Your safety is our priority

We do not sell Trane products, components or parts directly to consumers or businesses. We sell to regional distributors who sell them to local, certified Trane Comfort Specialists™. Our independent dealers are experienced professionals who install the equipment for you

Safety

Attempting to repair your own heating and cooling system can be dangerous.

Warranty

Tampering with your system can void your warranty.

Certification

To purchase or install parts in your HVAC system, you must be certified.

  • EPA regulations under section 608 of the Clean Air Act require that technicians who maintain, service, repair or dispose of equipment that could release ozone depleting refrigerants into the atmosphere must be certified.
  • Technicians are required to pass an EPA-approved test to earn Section 608 Technician Certification.
  • Apprentices are exempt from certification requirements provided they are closely and continually supervised by a certified technician.
Let the professionals handle the work.

It is critical that our products and replacement parts are installed and serviced by licensed Trane technicians who have access to product data, service updates and distributor training.
