Waggoners Heat & Air has become a fixture in Norman, Okla.,  in the heating and air conditioning business. The company was started by Carl Waggoner in 1946, and 72 years later it is still a thriving company. Two of his descendants, Tony and  Jim Waggoner run the company now and they have tried to maintain the high standards of service that were set decades ago.
