Kentuckiana Comfort Center

Kentuckiana Comfort Center (KCC), is a HVAC contractor and dealer located in Louisville, Kentucky that has been a Trane dealer for more than 40 years.  In the late 70's Kentuckiana specialized in residential HVAC. They added commercial service and new construction installation in 1985.  Kentuckiana has been an employee-owned company since 2008, employing 280 people in their residential, commercial, and manufacturing areas. They offer employment and training in all phases of residential and commercial HVAC, including a variety of journeyman and apprentice opportunities. An Employee Stock Option Program is available to employees. Today, KCC has three divisions: manufacturing, service, and commercial construction. They build outdoor AC units and supports for rooftop commercial installations in their own plant.  

On the residential side, KCC offers HVAC installation in new construction, 24-hour emergency repair service of all brands, duct cleaning to improve air quality, and replacement of existing HVAC. Kentuckiana also offers geothermal products and whole house generators.  Their residential service area includes Greater Louisville.  Customers who join the KCCLUB are offered discounts for all services for an annual fee.  Special offers and rebates are sometimes available to residential customers.

Kentuckiana Comfort Center's commercial service area includes both Greater Louisville and Lexington, KY.  Their commercial services include HVAC design and installation for new construction, retrofitting of HVAC in older construction, and repair of existing systems. KCC has experience with large (1,000,000 sq. ft.) building HVAC installation, and provides contracted services to healthcare facilities where temperature and humidity consistency are critical. Their in-house operations allow KCC to offer a wide range of solutions for non-standard commercial HVAC requirements.
