For almost six decades, Eastside Heating & AC Inc. has been a premier provider of Trane HVAC products and services for residential and light commercial customers in and around Bellevue. It provides residential heat and AC maintenance in two programs. Through On-Demand, technicians thoroughly clean and inspect HVAC systems, extending their lives, curtailing repairs, and enabling customers to lower their utility bills. The Prepaid Program provides customers with cost-effective pricing on maintenance, discounts on repair services, and preferential treatment for services in unusual hot and cold snaps. For commercial customers, Eastside Heating & AC Inc. develops a plan to ensure HVAC systems run smoothly and efficiently so tenants are comfortable and utility bills are lower.

Bob Chambers established Eastside Heating in downtown Bellevue in 1959. The company moved to the Spring District in 1968, where it still operates. Bob's son Mike carried on his father's tradition when he, along with his partner Christ Tank, bought out Bob's interest in 1992. In 1998, Evergreen State Sheet Metal Inc. became third owner in the business. Then in 2001, the company's name changed to Evergreen State Heat & AC. The company's success led to growth when in July 2017, ESSM opened a second Spring District location, dubbing it Evergreen Eastside Heat & AC. It was then that Chris Tank bought out Mike, who remains a service technician, merging the companies.
