Controlled Temperatures offer maintenance controls for both residential and commercial units that allow the customer to rest assured that the systems are well maintained. The maintenance contract will include new filters, motor cleaning, checking for proper operation, checking programmable thermostats and a general overall inspection of equipment. If the system needs any additional maintenance or repairs, Controlled Temperatures will supply the parts and install them after speaking with the customer. The customer will receive a discounted rate for parts and service and new equipment.
