Process for Claiming Warranty

1. Technical Report
You must complete the electronic form “Claim Your Warranty” indicated below. All required documents must be included in order to process the claim.

2. Warranty Approval
After completing the claim form and submitting all required documents, the warranty moves into the evaluation and approval process. If necessary, a technician will inspect the part or visit the system’s location to approve it in accordance with the company's Terms and Conditions.

3. Pickup of Parts or Equipment
All parts or equipment pickups must be accompanied by a merchandise pickup order, provided by the warranty handling representative of Trane Puerto Rico, LLC.
