Manhattan™ Gen II

  • Reliable heating and cooling

    Modular design allows for greater reliability. A bank of modules can easily ramp up space cooling or heating to meet specific comfort needs. Dual refrigeration circuits provide tight temperature control. Standard thermal dispersion flow switches on each module provides greater accuracy.

  • Transition to clean-energy

    Thermafit® water-to-water heat pumps are ideal for applications with nearby cold-water sources, such as a lake, ground water, waste-water or geothermal bore fields. These renewable sources allow for the transfer of energy to power heat pumps for year-round heating and cooling—a key way to decarbonize buildings by replacing combustion-fueled equipment.

  • Easy to maintain

    Easy-to-change fine mesh strainers on each evaporator and condenser allow for cleaning without equipment shutdown. Isolation valves allow modules to be serviced while others continue operating. Touch Screen Controller provides easy operator interface.
