Trane® ProSpace™ water-source modular VRF variable refrigerant systems

 

Not only do Trane ProSpace water-source VRF systems work more efficiently using less energy, but they also play nice with Mother Nature. Using ground loops, natural bodies of water and cooling towers, Trane ProSpace water-source VRF systems maximize efficiency, delivering up to 30.1 IEER and 27.4 SCHE. Compared to traditional air-source systems, Trane ProSpace water-source VRF systems operating at full load can deliver an average heating coefficient of performance that’s up to 31 percent higher — and an average cooling EER that’s up to 26 percent higher.

Those efficiency numbers can mean significant operating-cost savings that can really benefit the bottom line. And because maintenance requirements impact operating budgets too, Trane ProSpace water-source VRF systems are designed to induce turbulence within the brazed plate heat exchanger to reduce internal scaling and fouling.
