Training Event

This program is designed to help property and facility managers gain a greater insight in management of HVAC in their facilities. Attendees will become familiar with air conditioning principles, system components, functionality and operation. Attendees will learn basic refrigeration principles, the inter-relation of components of an air conditioning system, basics of heat and heating systems, pumps, zoning, air handlers, power distribution, fundamentals of controls, and other pertinent information.

Registration Information

Payment must be received within two (2) weeks of registration (or before the course date whichever comes first). Registrations are accepted on a first-to-register basis until the course is full. You will receive a map and confirmation one (1) week prior to the session. If the course is already full, you will receive notification immediately. It is the responsibility of the attendee to contact Trane if a confirmation is not received prior to the course date.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Check, or Money Order. Make check payable to Trane. Mail to Trane Detroit office. Registration fees include materials and lunch (for full-day courses).

Cancellation Policy

We realize work schedules must be flexible. If your schedule changes, you may request, in writing, a substitution for another course, or cancel your registration, up to seven (7) business days prior to the start of your scheduled course. Substitutions and cancellations are subject to a $25 registration service charge.

Please note: If you do not notify us of your cancellation in writing seven (7) business days before course, or do not attend, you are still responsible for payment.

Dates listed are subject to change based on instructor availability. We will notify you in advance if this happens. We reserve the right to cancel course if minimum course size is not obtained. In the event of a cancellation, you will be contacted regarding a new date, or your money will be refunded in full. Our liability will be limited to the return of the registration fee.
