Description

Implementing a Maintenance Planning and Scheduling Program is more than just being organized, it’s also about keeping your equipment running longer for less money and manpower. This course is for maintenance personnel, operators, managers and purchasing managers who desire to understand the best practices in maintenance management. This course will teach you the roles and responsibilities of planners and schedulers, how they impact overall maintenance and how to implement this program at your plant or facility. Students will learn specific techniques to help streamline their maintenance program in order to reduce maintenance costs while using their existing workforce.
Topics include:

  • measuring & evaluating your workforce efficiency
  • reducing maintenance costs by better planning
  • improving manpower forecasting & usage
  • techniques to improve processes and planning
  • roles & responsibilities of all team members

    Since seating is limited, we ask that tuition be paid prior to the class to ensure a seat. Seats are available on a first come first serve basis. We accept purchase orders, credit cards, checks and cash. Checks should be made out to the Kansas Trane Learning Center and sent to P.O. Box 595, Wichita, KS, 67201. Trane reserves the right to cancel classes for any reason including low attendance, weather, or illness. All students will be notified as early as possible, and our liability will be limited to the return of the registration fees.

    Cancellation Policy

    Cancellations must be made no less than seven working days before the start of the class. If a cancellation is made less than seven days before the class, you will be invoiced for the class, in which case you will have a credit on your account to be used for a future class. Kansas Trane reserves the right to cancel classes for any reason including low attendance, weather, or illness. Payment for cancelled registrations may go toward the cost of a future class.
