36Open This is an excellent workshop for technicians, service & maintenance professionals, & anyone else who is responsible for HVAC maintenance and is not EPA certified. If you're new to the industry, this class is a must!

This class is designed for those wanting to obtain their Section 608 EPA Certification.

Day one of this seminar focuses on the differences between high and low pressure machines. This includes a study of testing procedures, operation and service equipment used. Attendees also will study the refrigerants used in systems and the regulatory concerns. This seminar is conducted in a non-threatening environment, which is easier for learning. This workshop is an excellent prep for the EPA Certification Exam.

Day two of this seminar focuses on the EPA exam and pre-read booklet. The morning’s discussion touches the high points of the student reading assignments from the EPA certification text. It is assumed that all students are aware of the equipment differences discussed the previous day. Attendees will study the issues and standards involved in today’s regulatory world including Ozone depletion, global warming and follow-on refrigerants. Attendees also will study the regulations developed to maintain environmental concerns.
