This workshop is designed for technicians, service and maintenance people, builders, engineers and anyone who works with controls or is responsible for building operations.

Description

This one-day program was developed to help you understand the concept of air conditioning system controls (3-point loops). This workshop incorporates the smallest of systems and works to the largest of commercial machines. It will help you develop an understanding of what has to be controlled in any size environmental systems and moves from pneumatics into the concept of DDC. Once you have a clear picture of the complete structure, then the culminating focus is with the complete building management system. Pneumatic controls topics include single and dual receiver controls, positioning relays, regulators, actuators, reversing relays, switching relays, controllers, P/Es and E/Ps, air stations, and driers.

We ask that tuition be paid prior to the class to ensure a seat. Seats are available on a first come first serve basis. We accept purchase orders, credit cards (Visa/MC), checks and cash. Checks should be made out to Kansas Trane Learning Center and sent to P.O. Box 595, Wichita, KS, 67201. Trane reserves the right to cancel classes for any reason including low attendance, weather, or illness. All students will be notified as early as possible, and our liability will be limited to the return of the registration fees.

We ask that cancellations be made seven working days before the start of a class. In the event you cancel less than seven working days before the class, your tuition will go toward the cost of a future training class of your choosing.
