Assurance Aire is led by its founder, Charlie Hein, along with a dedicated team of installers, service managers, and office staff. Their story began when Charlie started working for a one-man AC contractor in Maryland. Although he was still in his teens, the experience ignited his passion for skilled trades and expert craftsmanship.

In 2008, Charlie moved to Florida and was accepted to the rigorous Local 803 Apprenticeship Program. After passing the final exam at the top of his class in 2012, Charlie joined a large commercial HVAC firm in Orlando before starting Assurance Aire in 2014.
