Clear the Air LLC

Clear the Air LLC  is a family owned business presently with the second generation on board. Their home base is Friendswood Texas, but their service area encompasses the southern half of Houston and extends from I-10 South to Galveston, and from Baytown in the east to Sugar Land on the west. They serve both residential and commercial customers. Their HVAC services include installation, repair, and maintenance of both air conditioning and home heating systems; indoor air quality testing, filtration,and purification; and duct cleaning. Although they service and maintain all types of heating, cooling, and ventilation machinery, Clear the Air carries only Trane products, and is proud to be a licensed Trane dealer. They have recently expanded their services, now installing and maintaining geothermal heat pumping units. This increasingly popular technology taps the earth's stored thermal energy whose temperature hovers about 70 degrees, and uses it to heat homes in winter and cool them in summer.

 As part of their ongoing mission to provide state of the art technical service, Clear the Air LLC not only employs technicians with North American Technician excellence (NATE) certification, but in order  maintain their level of skills, requires them to attend ongoing training each and every week. A vital part of  their quality assurance process is to have one of these technicians perform a thorough inspection of every system  after it has been installed.
