D. Penguin Services, also known as, Devard's, provides air conditioning, heating electrical and plumbing services to both residential and commercial customers in the DFW area. Since 1968, they have served people in the areas of Plano, Dallas, and the surrounding areas. Devard's has a 100% customer satisfaction policy, which is also their motto and the key to their success in the industry. All of the technicians at Devard's are friendly, experienced, dedicated and licensed, besides receiving regular training to stay abreast of new developments in the heating and cooling business. None of the work done by Devard's is done by subcontractors. Devard's is a certified Trane Comfort Specialist and offers a wide variety of state-of-the-art Trane products, including air conditioning units, heat pumps, coils, furnaces, thermostats, air cleaners and air handlers.  

The services provided by the Devard's employees include maintenance, repair and replacement of any systems or parts as necessary. As Trane Comfort Specialists, technicians will inspect all relevant systems, including plumbing and electrical, to identify and correct problems. Devard's also offers a semi-annual maintenance agreement to its customers to remind them to keep their equipment maintained and in top working order, in order to prevent expensive problems down the line. The service includes a system check, filter replacement, outside compressor cleaning, check for gas leaks, testing of air temperatures and many other important tasks to make sure the units are working at their top efficiency and safety.  24-hour emergency service is available by phone to help customers with urgent needs.
