Since 1938, a Trane CenTraVac commercial chiller has led the industry as the most reliable, most efficient, lowest emission and quietest chiller in the world. Chiller performance can be verified on an AHRI-approved test stand. 

These CenTraVac chillers are among the Trane products within the EcoWise™ product portfolio and can operate with either R-123 or next-generation refrigerants R-514A or R-123zd, both featuring ultra-low global warming potential (GWP) of less than 2. 

  • Most Efficient - Selectable commercial chiller with full load efficiencies down to 0.45 kW/ton at AHRI conditions and integrated part load values (IPLVs) down to 0.305 kW/ton.
  • Lowest Emissions - A CenTraVac commercial chiller has a near-zero documented leak rate... ask your Trane representative about our updated 0.0% Leak-Tight Warranty.
  • Most Reliable - CenTraVac chillers have an average lifetime of 30 years and some have even lasted more than 50 years.
