A) Customer Request:
In order to perform the warranty service, it is mandatory to correct and complete fill out and send this form, and when prompted, provide, within 5 days, the necessary information for the analysis of noncompliance.
A Warranty offered by Trane, only consists in replacement parts, with proven manufacturing defects and does not cover labor for replacement and / or repair of the equipment, or any other expenses incurred.
To be covered by the warranty, equipment should be installed and receive Periodic Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance only by Accredited Company by Trane.
If the customer elects to make the installation and maintenance company not accredited by the warranty period of the equipment shall be 90 days from issuance of invoice.
B) Return of damaged parts
- The applicant shall return, for Trane, the components that are requested. Since the remaining parts shall remain available for a period of 30 days for possible callback request.
A return request will be made by email and on field observations of the invoice to send the replacement part.
- Where the defective parts, is not returned within 30 days of receipt of the new, Trane, automatically, arrange the turnover of the same.
- Damaged parts will be tested and inspected by Trane or to our plea. If it is found inappropriate use or play not defective, they will be returned to the requestor, and the corresponding parts provided under warranty automatically billed amount.
- The criterion for payment of freight, insurance related to the supply and return warranty parts is:
- Parts with return to Trane: Trane: Supply and return all parts of engines, compressors and Dynaview modules.
Applicant: Return of other components
- Parts no return should be in possession of the applicant for a period of 30 days, provided TRANE for possible callback request for analysis.
