McClelland Air Conditioning, Inc. was founded in 1947 and is an authorized factory dealer of Trane as a Trane Comfort Specialist. The company excels in providing top service to the home or business and is located in the North Valley in Chico where providing warm, cool, and clean air is essential. In commercial services, McClelland not only designs, but builds sophisticated ventilation systems for warehouses, processing facilities, agricultural projects, and multi-use office buildings throughout Northern California. The company provides reliable energy efficient heating, ventilation, and air conditioning to general contractors or the individual residents.

The company prides itself in being able to do it all including providing home air purification like Trane CleanEffects, heat efficiency by going solar or utilizing heat pumps, to crafting the systems for a custom home or a multi-family residential project. Customers also have the option to sign up with the Service Savings Plan entitled the Club MAC Membership which is a maintenance plan directed at spring and fall which is before the primary use of the heating and cooling systems. Twice a year the Gas/Electric or Heat Pump Systems of the home is checked for safety, cleaned, lubricated, and adjusted for a reasonable fee.
